At StayDream Vacations, we specialize in managing vacation rentals with exceptional care and professionalism. By referring property owners to us, you not only help them achieve peace of mind and increased revenue but also earn a generous referral fee as a token of our appreciation.

How It Works

Refer a Property Owner

If you know someone who owns a vacation property on the West Coast of Florida or in the Pocono Mountains, refer them to StayDream Vacations.

Free Consultation

We will offer a complimentary consultation to the property owner, discussing how our services can benefit them.

Contract Signing

If the property owner decides to sign a management contract with us, and the property meets StayDream’s qualifications, you will be eligible for the referral fee.

Earn Your Fee:

The referral fee is paid out in two installments:

Referral Fee = Earn up to $3,250! Receive $250 per bedroom + $250 Pool or Hot Tub Bonus + $500 Lakefront or Barrier Island Bonus.

First Half:

The first 50% at the signing of the contract.

Second Half:

The final 50% after the property has been under our management for six months.
