– Can I have the address of the home in advance?
For the safety and privacy of our current tenants, the location of our short-term rental homes is strictly protected. Once your booking is confirmed, our agents can provide you with the closest cross streets for planning purposes. You can expect to receive your check-in details approximately 24-48 hours before your stay.
– Can I check-in early/check-out late?

Due to the scheduling of our cleaning and field crews we require advanced approval for early check-ins and late check-outs.   Just prior or during your stay we will do our best to accommodate your request if we have a gap in our calendar.  For a small fee we can accommodate requests in advance if the property is available.

Any unauthorized early entries/late departures will be subject to fees.  Please understand that we have a thorough cleaning process for the protection of our guests that requires significant time to prepare each property.

– What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy may vary per property.  Please carefully review our Terms and Conditions prior to making your booking. Reach out to us directly if you need further clarification.

– Do you provide towels and linens?

Yes, we provide fresh towels and linens for each stay based on the maximum occupancy and number of beds of the vacation rental.  We also provide beach/lake towels and chairs when applicable.

– What other items will be provide during our stay?

We provide bath towels, wash cloths, pool towels (if applicable), bed linens, pillows, blankets, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and laundry detergent.

Kitchen essentials including coffee, sugar, tea, salt, pepper, olive oil, dishwasher pods, dish soap, dish sponges, all purpose cleaner, trash bags , coffee machine, toaster, blender, microwave, cups/glassware, plates, silverware, cooking utensils, mixing/salad bowls, pots & pans

An allocation of firewood (for properties with wood stoves, fireplaces and outdoor firepits).  Additional wood can be purchased through our guidebook. 

– What is your pet policy?

Many of our homes are dog friendly!  We do require a pet fee for the additional cleaning services required.  Please check each home’s policy to ensure that pets are allowed before booking. Only fully trained dogs are allowed.

 We ask that guests with pets also follow the following rules:

  • Please pick up after your pet’s business outside and dispose of the bags in the exterior garbage can.
  • Please wipe their paws when entering the house.
  • Please be sure to check them for ticks after spending anytime outdoors and be sure to check yourself as well.
  • If you allow your dog on furniture, please bring a throw blanket from home that they can lay on. We ask that dogs are not allowed on beds.
  • Owners always assume full liability for their pets. 
  • Pets must be on leashes when outside of a fenced in area.
  • Please note that if the home is located in the country, there may be wildlife that could pose a potential risk.
– Why do you need my ID, and when and how do I submit it?

Our company’s insurance provider requires that we collect and verify a valid ID as all of our homes have a self-check in/arrival process. We require ID verification to be provided within 48 hours of completing your booking or it may be subject to cancelation. Instructions on how to send will be provided once your booking is confirmed and payment is received.

– The house sleeps six people but I have a group of 10. Can we have people sleep on the floor or couches?

Please check each property’s maximum guest limit prior to booking.  We do not allow over-occupancy of any of our vacation rental properties per local ordinances.  Additional ordnances regarding day guests may also be applicable.  All properties have a strict no event/party policy. Evidence of overnight and/or over-occupancy may be subject to immediate removal from the property.

If you need accommodations for additional guests, we are happy to help provide options for other available properties in close proximity.  

– When and how do I receive my check-in instructions and access details?

All of our properties have a keyless self-check in process. Keypad door codes are provided approximately 24-48 hours prior to your stay both through the platform/email and text.
