Your next adventure awaits you at this charming modern lakefront A-frame home. With its warm and peaceful ambiance, this home offers an inviting retreat that promises joy and relaxation for all who visit.

Spend your days relaxing on the dock, kayaking, fishing or experience the endless activities the area has to offer. Spend your evenings catching up with your crew by the fire pit or throw your favorite movie on the big screen in the basement. Don’t forget to fire up the popcorn machine!

INTERIOR
Inside you will find a welcoming and tastefully decorated interior featuring vaulted ceilings and large windows with endless lake views. You will feel right at home with the fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 8, and complimentary coffee, tea, and accompanists. The three story home features 2 bedrooms, a loft, a basement, and 2 full bathrooms.

BEDS
Retire for the evening in one of the cozy bedrooms, each furnished with soft linens and plush bedding for a restful night's sleep. The primary bedroom has a queen + tv and is located in the basement. The full bath with a shower is the next room over. The second bedroom has a queen and is located on the main floor. The full bathroom with a bath tub/ shower is located on the main floor as well. The loft features two twin beds with a desk and a tv. The living room sofa and the basement sofa convert into beds, comfortably sleeping two additional guests each. Every room has a ceiling fan.

EXTERIOR
Relax on the loungers on your own private dock. Fantastic fishing opportunities to catch smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, pickerel, perch, catfish, crappie, bluegills, and sunfish (catch and release). Kayak around the islands – a great place to explore undisturbed nature and wildlife (fish, frogs, turtles, birds). Hang up the outdoor tv and sign in to your streaming apps to watch your favorite game. Make your favorite vacation meal on one of our grills – your choice of charcoal or propane! To end of your perfect day, unwind by the lake side fire pit.

Important things to note:
-Well behaved dogs are allowed with a few additional rules.
-Include up to two dogs in the booking so the pet fee is applied.
-Pick up and dispose of dog waste.
-Dog must be kept on leash outside of the property.
-No wet dog in the house, no dogs on furniture.
-Exterior cameras are on the property to monitor occupancy.
-Noise sensors on the property interior and exterior to monitor excessive noise levels.
-No Parties, no smoking.
-Kayaks, Paddle boards, Boogie Boards are seasonal (once lake temp drops below 60 – these items are no longer offered).
-This area of the lake has lots of natural vegetation near the dock and surrounding the islands.
-The dirt road heading to the home has ruts.
-25 or older to book.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Located directly on a serene, 310-acre private lake in the Pocono Mountains that is fed by natural springs and offers a delightful environment for fishing and breathtaking scenery. The area is surrounded by state game lands and water conservation areas, providing a contrasting experience that is peaceful and calming. The lake's tranquil waters are encircled by trees and generational private residences.

Indulge in swimming, power boating, water skiing, tubing, canoeing, and kayaking along the four-mile shoreline. The lake's varying depths and underwater structures make it a paradise for anglers, offering opportunities to catch smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, pickerel, perch, catfish, crappie, bluegills, and sunfish.

Guests have access to the entire home and property with the exception of:
-1 locked closet in the basement
-1 shed in the parking area
