Caretta on the Gulf

Sunday brunch was above and beyond my wildest expectations. I wish I’d had enough appetite to try absolutely everything. The presentation was pure art and flavor profiles Gordon Ramsay would be delighted to experience (I’d imagine). We will have to make this a fairly regular occasion! Special thanks to Whitney for being such a delightful and attentive server.
