24/7 Guest Communication & Guidebook

Our guest Customer Support Team manages inquires to check-in/out details and post stay follow ups creating 5-star reviews and a long-lasting guest relationship.  For each property we deliver a digital curated guidebook providing detailed instructions to maximize enjoyment of the home, offering local recommendations for adventures, dining, and much more.

Guest Verification & Insurance

The ultimate protection for yourself, your guests and your neighbors.  StayDream Vacations requires each potential guest to digitally sign your House Rules, Terms and Conditions and complete a guest screening process through our partner Know Your Guest (Superhog).

In addition to your homeowner’s insurance StayDream’s partnership with InsuraGuest provides additional Property Damage and Accidental Medical coverage.

Housekeeping & Maintenance

We collaborate with a carefully chosen network of local partners whom we regularly train to maintain high standards. Our team conducts inspections to identify any potential damages, handles inventory management, restocks essential items like toiletries, paper goods, and pantry supplies, and provides efficient laundry services to reset each property after every reservation, including owner stays. Our cleaning procedure consists of three essential steps: COVID disinfection, turnover, and quality control inspection. Our maintenance team will address any issues as they surface.

Remote Activated Keyless Entry – Privacy for your guests while ensuring security protocols by activating and deactivating access codes upon arrival and after checkout.
