Sleeping arrangements
The Captain’s Quarters includes two bedrooms and 1 bathroom within 692 sq ft. The main bedroom features a queen bed, a smart tv, and a ceiling fan, with direct access to the bathroom. The second bedroom includes a twin pull-out trundle bed. Extra pillows and blankets, bed linens, and clothing storage are provided.

Living areas
The living room offers space to relax, stream entertainment, or gather before heading out to explore. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans support a comfortable stay throughout the seasons.

Kitchen and dining
A kitchen stocked with essentials allows you to prepare simple meals at your convenience. A dining table provides a place to sit together, enjoy takeout from nearby restaurants, or plan the day ahead. The home includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and other kitchen basics.

Bathroom
The bathroom includes a shower and tub combo and has been recently updated with marble-looking tile. Bathroom essentials, towels, and cleaning products are provided, along with hot water.

The property’s patio offers an open-air spot to unwind. Outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area make it easy to enjoy fresh air. A BBQ grill and barbecue utensils are available for simple outdoor cooking. Beach essentials are provided for days spent along Bradenton’s sandy shores.

Great location and neighborhood. The garage on site (nothing to do with the rental) is still in need of repair from the recent hurricane (it is in the works).
