Tampa Bay Watch Discovery Center
Awesome place to learn about the surrounding estuary and it’s wildlife. Worth the time and small entrance fee because the staff is super kind and answers any questions you have. We got to see the seahorses be fed and touched some of the creatures in the touch tank.
We also did the eco tour that’s been running for about a month now. We went on the monday 4pm ride it was only 4 passengers on board for the tour including my husband and I. The marine biologists on board were super kind, friendly and engaging. It felt like we had a private tour to ourselves. Highly recommend this, especially for families with kids. They cast a net while you’re out to conduct research and pull up mollusks, small fish, crabs etc.
Was super cool to watch them do the field research and then learn about each thing they pulled up and put into little tanks for us to see up close.
Thank you Aubrey, Mo & captain Gary!

Great place to have fun relax and enjoy the sun! Very kid and adult friendly and has many different water sport/fun options! No wait on basically anything! But I do recommend buying tickets in advance if you are not staying at the hotel connected to it! I hope this helps….ps great food at the attached restaurant also!!

Today I confirmed that time travel is possible! We entered to the Heritage village and were witness of it. Beautiful houses and buildings resembling a old American community. Lovely details, well appointed. Free entrance and parking, easy access.

Dunedin Fine Art Center
A lot of the amazing things you find here are not limited just to the exhibits. Opportunities for children, art students, people of all ages, the community, artists and more. The building houses many studios equipped for a great array of art mediums. I am extremely impressed. On top of that, very compelling exhibits from some incredibly talented artists and students. I love the sunflower exhibit, all the flower art was donated by the many artists connected to the art center. Then they were sold to collect donations for the Ukraine…brilliant! A wonderful surprise and well worth the drive.
