POOL SAFETY
The yard is fenced in however, the pool doesn’t have a fence directly around it. Children should NEVER be left unattended outside.

BUGS
Florida is a tropical place. We pay for pest control but please know there will occasionally be a bug found. Mosquitos can also be around usually in the evening, and more so after its rained. Lizards will be seen outside in the yard.

This to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations & providing both our guests and properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you to complete the verification.
